MOPS stands for Mothers Of Preschoolers. MOPS is a nondenominational Christian organization open to all mothers with newborn children through Kindergarten. MOPS helps moms...and MOPS makes a difference in the lives of families.

Our MOPPETS program provides care for children ages newborn through kindergarten. While mothers attend their MOPS meeting, the children enjoy a curriculum designed to meet their needs. The children are divided into age groups (with 1-2 teacher volunteers per group) and are involved in activities that include games, stories and crafts.

Byron Area MOPS is a charter group of MOPS International. MOPS international exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus Christ. For more information on MOPS international visit www.mops.org
